Our technicians follow a thorough residential process that covers:
Equipment type and air-handler location, thermostat operation and calibration, filter and airflow inspection, evaporator coil and blower condition, drain pan and float switch, electrical connections, condenser coil cleaning, fan and contactor inspection, refrigerant line and performance checks (including pressures, superheat, and subcooling when appropriate), ductwork condition, and overall system safety. Capacitor values, amp draws, and any pre-existing conditions or recommendations are recorded, and the visit ends with client sign-off.
This is an all-around inspection designed to keep working systems reliable. It is not a diagnostic service for systems that are already failing.
